iMergent to Hold Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Year End Financial Results Conference Call on September 4, 2008

(AMEX: IIG) announced it will hold its fiscal fourth quarter and year end 2008 financial results conference call on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time or 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
