iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG) announced it will hold its third quarter fiscal 2008 financial results conference call on Tuesday, May 6, 2008
at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time or 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Donald Danks, chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, President and chief operating
officer, Robert Lewis, chief financial officer and Jeff Korn, general counsel, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.
